Hiring
Tell us which seat is open.
Financial Headhunters reviews accounting, finance and financial-services openings from employers. Tell us the title and the location, then describe the work that needs doing. You can attach the job description. Your phone is optional. Permanent search is our default model: no upfront fee, and you pay only if you hire.
This is what we do all day: recruit accounting, finance, banking and insurance professionals.

What should you send with an opening?
Start with who the person reports to and what they will take off that person's desk. A controller responsible for lender reporting needs a different background from one mainly supervising a reliable close. If the title understates the responsibility, say so. The search cannot be calibrated from a title alone.
Explain whether the incumbent is leaving or still in the seat. If the search is confidential, tell us before including identifying details. A draft job description is useful, but you do not need to rewrite it before contacting us.
What happens after the form?
Ivan or a senior team member will reach out soon. We discuss the role and check the decisions that shape the search: the reporting line, work location and approval process. Then we agree the scope and terms before approaching prospective candidates.
If you upload a description, use it to show responsibilities rather than every task anyone in the department has ever handled. Point out what can be learned after joining and what the hire must already have done.
What if the title is not in the list?
Choose the nearest family or type your own title. An unusual label should not stop a useful discussion. Describe the decisions the person will make and the systems they will use. We can work out whether the seat is closer to accounting operations, analysis or a specialist financial-services function.
This form is for hiring requests, not applications. Job seekers have a separate talent-network form so an employer opening and a candidate's resume do not enter the same conversation.
Where can you go next?

What else should you know before sending this?
Is a job description required?
No. A title, location and a clear account of the work are enough to start a discussion. You can attach a description or add one later.
Must I give a phone number?
No. Work email is required; phone is optional. Provide a number if you prefer a call about the opening.
Can this opening be confidential?
Yes, tell us that before sharing sensitive details. We discuss what can be said and who may know about the search before outreach begins.
Does submitting commit us to a fee?
Submitting an opening starts a conversation. The search terms belong in the signed agreement; the permanent-search fee depends on a hire under those terms.
